Do you want better brain health?! RCO is hosting brain health support groups through Mental Health Gateway.

Groups will begin February 8 and run the following Saturdays (10:30am-12pm):

Session 1: 2/8, 2/15, 2/22, 3/1, 3/8

Session 2: 13/29, 4/5, 4/12, 4/19, 4/26

Session 3: 5/17, 5/24, 5/31, 6/7, 6/14

  "Minds Transformed" is for any adult (18 years or older) experiencing mental health challenges.

​

​"Families Transformed" is for any spouse, parent, grandparent, or family member (18 years or older) who have a family member experiencing mental health challenges.

 

"Lives Transformed" is for any individual (18 years or older) who has experience trauma (e.g. natural disaster, rape/sexual assault, exposure to combat).

 

These groups do not focus on any specific mental health difficulty, but rather addresses common topics that are helpful for most through a Christ-centered approach. For more information and to register, click the corresponding links below.
