Do you want better brain health?! RCO is hosting brain health support groups through Mental Health Gateway.

Groups will continue May 11, 2024 and run the following Saturdays (10:30am-12pm):

Minds Session 3: 5/11, 5/18, 5/25, 6/1, 6/8

Hearts Session 3: 5/11, 5/18, 5/25, 6/8

  "Minds Transformed" is for any adult (18 years or older) experiencing mental health challenges.

 

"Hearts Transformed" is for any veteran or active military member (18 years or older) who has experienced trauma.

 

These groups do not focus on any specific mental health difficulty, but rather addresses common topics that are helpful for most through a Christ-centered approach. For more information and to register, click the corresponding links below.
